Patient Registration Scheduler
Main Campus Children's of Alabama Day shift Patient Scheduling Req #: 325450 Location Birmingham, Alabama Schedule Part-time (Benefit Eligible)- Job Summary
- Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused functions within the Patient Registration Department as it pertains to scheduling patients for appointments into the health system.
- Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Prefer some college coursework in Business Administration; Allied Health or related area.
- Experience
- One or more years of healthcare, office, customer service, financial or insurance experience, preferably in the medical field preferred. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Prior experience in scheduling is preferred.
- Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
Location: Children's of Alabama · Patient Scheduling
Schedule: Part-time (Benefit Eligible), Day shift, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
