Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, Monday through Friday.

Summary:

The Neurophysiology Manager of processes works under the supervision and direction of the Neurophysiology Director. The Neurophysiology Manager will help facilitate, manage, and lead quality improvement initiatives and research projects. The Neurophysiology Manager will develop and provide educational services to staff as needed. The Neurophysiology Manager will establish and maintain a program to rapidly develop new employees to meet job requirements and prepare for registry exams as needed. Manage Neurophysiology student program as the clinical site coordinator when needed. Collaborate with the Neurophysiology Leadership Team regarding students in training. Assist Neurophysiology Director with policies and procedures, hiring, planning, etc. Collaborate with the Neurophysiology Leadership Team with long range planning, setting department goals, etc.

Other information:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

Experience

  • Four years experience in EEG
  • 1-2 year supervisory experience preferred
  • IONM and CLTM experience preferred

Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries 

  • R. EEG T. registry required.
  • CLTM and CNIM required within 2 years of hire

Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
* Registered EEG Technician
Nonessential:
* Certification in Long Term Monitoring

Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
* Bachelors of Science or Arts in Radiology Technology

Experience with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
* 4 Years job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Imaging Diagnostic
Nonessential:
* 1 Year job experience as Supervisor Level with specialization in the field of Imaging Diagnostic



Schedule: Monday through Friday, Day Shift, Monday-Friday Standard Days
