This role supports Finance management in performing financial and statistical analysis. This role serves as a bridge in translating operational outcomes into financial results. This Sr Analyst independently completes various analytical tasks including revenue analyses and various ad hoc projects. Possesses a solid understanding of financial and clinical data from multiple sources.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required – Accounting, Finance or other business-related major preferred
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• Three to five years of relevant experience required

Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries

• Certified Public Accountant, preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, EPIC, Strata and SQL

Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications:

Nonessential:
* Certified Public Accountant or Masters Degree in Business Administration

Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
* Bachelors of Science or Arts in Finance
Nonessential:
* Masters Degree in Business Administration or Certified Public Accountant

* 8 Years Staff Level

Oversees the financial operations of the organization, from the procurement of goods to the payment of invoices to development of monthly financials and annual budgets. Areas include accounting, accounts payable, decision support, financial planning, payroll, purchasing and reporting.
