  • Job Summary
    • The primary focus of the Benefits/HRIS Specialist is the support and maintenance of the Benefits Module of the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). Under minimal supervision, the Benefits/HRIS Specialist is responsible for weekly business processes, benefit audits and technical support of all Benefit Staff as needed. The Specialist should understand how the Benefit Module is designed and functions. The position also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing, Image Now application and other technical projects as assigned. The Benefits/HRIS Specialist will work directly with HRIS and the IT Support Analyst assigned to Benefits.
  • Education
    • Bachelors of Science or Arts
  • Experience
    • One year of job experience as staff level with specialization in the field of Human Resources, HRIS or Benefit Administration.
  • Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries

Location: Children's of Alabama · Human Resources
Schedule: Full-time, Day shift, 8:00-4:30
