  • Job Summary
    • Serves in a customer service role to insure a positive public image for the health system. Works under the supervision of RNs to provide assistive care and communication for patients, team members, professional, and technical staff, and visitors. Identifies visitor concerns and channels to appropriate resources.
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • Customer service experience and/or receptionist experience preferred.
  • Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
    • Current BLS certification required.

Location: Children's of Alabama · MedSurg 9 Harbert
Schedule: Full-time, Day/Evening shift, 8:45 a.m.- 9:15 p.m.
