Learn more about what to expect as a new graduate nurse at Children’s of Alabama. Our Transition into Practice orientation program is designed to allow new grads a smooth transition from an academic nursing school setting into the world of professional nursing.
We use our high fidelity simulation center, didactic lecture, hands on learning, and other interactive means of teaching and learning.
