Children's South Hoover Day shift Pharmacy South Req #: chsys-34814-34962 Location Hoover, Alabama Schedule Full-time- Job Summary
- A Pharmacist is responsible for providing professional pharmaceutical care to the patients, staff, and community served by CHS in accordance with established policy, procedures, and laws of state and federal government. He or she is also responsible for providing specialty pharmaceutical services and being a team leader on their shift as required.
- Education
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Experience
- Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
- Candidate must possess a current Pharmacy license issued by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy and a Controlled Substance Registration Certificate. Candidate must demonstrate and successfully complete a competency evaluation after the first six months, and annually thereafter. Candidate must be a licensed Parenteral Pharmacist or achieve this licensing within six months.
Location: Children's of Alabama · Pharmacy South
Schedule: Full-time, Day shift, 5:30 am - 2:30 pm
