- Coordinate and direct the day-to-day operations of a multi-physician pediatric site including administrative and clinical support personnel.Work with physicians, staff, and practice manager to ensure timely and accurate communication of information. Maintain positive interpersonal relations with physicians, staff, patients, families, manager, and Health System employees. Manage site inventory in a cost effective and efficient manner. Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

- Essential:
* Masters of Science Nursing in Nursing or any of the following equivalent qualifications below:
- Bachelor of Science Nursing in Nursing and 4 Years job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Nursing Experience RN
- Associate of Science Nursing in Nursing and 7 Years job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Nursing Experience RN
- Experience
- • 3 years job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Nursing Experience RN
- Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
- Essential:
* Registered Nurse AL Single State or any of the following equivalent qualifications below:
- Registered Nurse AL NLC Multi State
- Registered Nurse Non-AL NLC Multi State
* Basic Life Support
Location: Children's of Alabama · Behavioral Health Outpatient Patriot Park
Schedule: Full-time, Day/Evening shift, Varies, but primarily- 0730 - 1600
