Social Worker
Main Campus Children's of Alabama Rotating shift Social Services Req #: 325562 Location Birmingham, Alabama Schedule On-call/Flexi- Job Summary
- Provide appropriate intervention to patients and their families in an effort to assist them in understanding, accepting and adhering to recommendations of the health care team in order to achieve an optimal level of health and rehabilitation.
- Education
- Master’s degree required from an accredited school of social work.
- Experience
- Experience in a hospital or health setting preferred.
- Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
- Master’s level social worker must be licensed (LMSW) by the Alabama Board of Social Work Examiners.
Location: Children's of Alabama · Social Services
Schedule: On-call/Flexi, Rotating shift, 8am-4:30pm
