Work schedule will be On-call/ Flexi on the Rotating Shift, PRN as needed for 12 hr coverage.
Summary:
Provide appropriate intervention to patients and their families in an effort to assist them in understanding, accepting and adhering to recommendations of the health care team in order to achieve an optimal level of health and rehabilitation.
Other information:
Must have knowledge of social work principles and practices. Good psychosocial intervention skills. Knowledge of social and health resources within the community. Basic computer skills.
Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
* Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
* Masters Degree in Social Work
Experience with Equivalent Qualifications:
Schedule: PRN as needed for 12 hr coverage, Rotating Shift, Monday-Friday Standard Days
