Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, M-F 8-4:30p.
Summary:
This job position is responsible for assisting the Manager in planning and organizing the operational aspects of the specified laboratory section.
Other information:
Education/Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory technology, chemical, or biological science and one year of experience (specialty specific and high complexity) OR Associates degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology and two years of experience (specialty-specific and high complexity)
Credentials
- Registry with a national board of registry as a Medical Laboratory Technician, Medical Laboratory Scientist or specialty-specific Scientist/Specialist (ASCP or equivalent) or registry eligible. Certification must be obtained within one year of employment
Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
* Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist or any of the following equivalent qualifications below:
- Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist - AMT
- Certified Medical Lab Technician - ASCP
Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
* Bachelors of Science or Arts or any of the following equivalent qualifications below:
- 1 Year Staff Level
- Associates Degree and 2 Years Staff Level
Experience with Equivalent Qualifications:

Schedule: M-F 8-4:30p, Day Shift, 8-Hour Shifts
