- Patient and Guest Information Representatives are the initial face of Children’s of Alabama. They are responsible for performing receptionist, patient information, and customer service duties within lobby areas at Children’s of Alabama.
- Education
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
- Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
Location: Children's of Alabama · Volunteer and Guest Services
Schedule: Full-time, Day/Evening shift, 1:00pm-9:30pm
